概述：

多效蒸发器，由较原始的蒸发釜，发展成单效、双效、三效、四效或者更多效蒸发器，其目的都是为了逐渐减少能源消耗。多效蒸发器是由相互串联的多个蒸发器组成。是利用前一效蒸发产生的二次蒸汽为下一效提供热源，来达到节能的目的。多效可以回收部分的二次蒸汽，效数越多回收的二次蒸汽越多。这一点有别于MVR蒸发器能够回收全部的二次蒸汽。一般米说:三效蒸发每吨水消耗0.37~046吨蒸汽，四效蒸发每吨水消耗0.3~035吨蒸汽，五效蒸发每吨水消耗0.24-0.3吨蒸汽。亚虎娱乐公司的多效蒸发系统，往往考虑回收冷凝水或二次蒸汽的热量，来实现节能的目的。在废水处理中，还要考虑预热器结垢的自动在线清洗。多效蒸发器可以采用强制循环、自然循环、降膜、升膜、板式蒸发器等多种形式，也可以采用多种组合的方式，来较优化工艺。多效蒸发的流程:可以有顺流、逆流、平流、错流等。
